1. Order Processing

All orders are processed automatically once payment is confirmed.
Because we work with Gelato’s global network of print partners, your order is produced in the facility closest to your shipping address to reduce both delivery time and environmental impact.

Processing time: 5 –10 business days (depending on product type and demand).

2. Shipping Times

After your order is produced, it will be shipped directly to you. Typical delivery times are:

  • United States: 5 –10 business days

  • Canada: 5 –10 business days

Please note that these are estimates and can vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or peak-season demand.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • The product type and quantity

  • The destination country

  • The shipping method selected

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the courier’s system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it, but you’ll be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

7. Delays or Missing Packages

While rare, shipping delays can occur.
If your package hasn’t arrived 20 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@weirdiesland.com, we’ll help resolve the issue with Gelato and the shipping carrier.
